Quality audit — coordinated motion review
Three complete implemented review websites, refined after Benjamin authorised the Braz Ai motion plan. All directions remain unselected. The still review and every preceding collection are preserved. Daylight remains the agent's suggested starting point; this is design judgement, not measured conversion evidence.
| Criterion | Daylight Practice | The Build Index | The Project Room |
|---|---|---|---|
| Point of view | Strong — full-frame still life, masked campaign type and one full-size changing service panel. | Strong — the services are the opening, with persistent contents, measured disclosures and project files. | Strong — a working brief composer leads the experience, with distinct input and output compositions. |
| Typography that works | Strong — Lexend/Karla, chosen headline splits and generous readable supporting copy. | Strong — Chivo/Source Sans 3, compact directory hierarchy and substantial project headings. | Strong — Plus Jakarta Sans/Figtree, clear form/output hierarchy and readable controls. |
| Restrained colour | Strong — cobalt, rust, ink, white and pale blue; the warm tab highlight belongs to the photographic palette. | Strong — indigo, yellow, ink, white and grey. | Strong — navy, mint, lilac, white and grey. |
| Hierarchy and whitespace | Strong — the opening establishes space; offer, full-size service panel, uneven project stories, cards and next step have distinct roles. | Strong — compact directory, bounded project files and price ledger retain clear reading order. | Strong — optional preparation precedes evidence and prices, without blocking booking. |
| Imagery with intent | Strong — existing generated studio still life matches the palette; approved real project website captures supply evidence. | Strong — approved JobPass/YLX website captures serve the project files, without decorative hero imagery. | Strong — meaningful controls form the opening and approved project website captures support the lower page. |
| Purposeful motion | Strong — first-paint headline masks, composed service changes, bounded work reveals and price-card stagger. | Strong — staged service rows, measured opening/closing, project crop reveals and ordered ledger rows. | Strong — coordinated panes, service change cue, brief highlight and distinct work/price sequences. |
| Designed mobile layout | Strong — intentional photo crop, shorter motion, vertical tabs, single-column service panel and stacked price cards. | Strong — contents rail becomes native phone contents, with direct booking, stacked files and readable ledger. | Strong — input precedes output; full-size controls and shorter pane motion avoid compressed desktop layout. |
| Invisible details | Mixed — performance 98, automated accessibility 100, CLS 0; simulated mobile LCP 2.36s misses the strict two-second target. | Mixed — performance 99, automated accessibility 100, CLS 0; simulated mobile LCP 2.11s misses the strict target. | Mixed — performance 99, automated accessibility 100, CLS 0; simulated mobile LCP 2.05s misses the strict target. |
Verification
- Type checking, production build and four-route prerender pass using an independent installation of pinned dependencies. No new runtime dependency was added.
- Fifteen final local samples at 320, 390, 768, 1024 and 1920px have no detected horizontal overflow, broken fragment targets, duplicate IDs, broken images or computed solid-colour contrast failures. The scanner checks solid backgrounds; it does not evaluate every composited intermediate frame or photographic contrast.
- Complete desktop 1440×960 and phone 390×844 journeys were rendered and visually inspected. Twelve final previews show the reduced-motion end states. Normal-motion intermediate frames separately show moving headline masks, screenshot crops, service changes and disclosure closing. Future sections now remain readable until their sequence is created near the viewport.
- Service tabs support Arrow keys, Home and End, and rapid changes settle the correct state. Project inspection opens with Enter, closes with Escape and returns focus. Native service disclosure opening/closing was exercised. The phone contents opens, reaches prices, closes and settles the price scene. A rapid jump to the document end leaves no pending scene in view.
- The Project Room's selected services and optional input update its local brief. Copy was checked against the displayed text and the prior clipboard was restored. Download code is unchanged from the preceding verified implementation; a new download test was not performed in this pass. No data was submitted and no real booking was made.
- Six explicit reduced-motion samples at desktop/phone widths show immediate end states, no pending scenes and no headline animation. Gallery reduced-motion links and native disclosure fallback work. Source honours actual
prefers-reduced-motion; operating-system preference switching was not exercised with the available controls. - Local Lighthouse mobile simulations run sequentially: LCP 2.364/2.106/2.046s, performance 98/99/99, automated accessibility 100 each, CLS 0 and TBT 0. Previous baseline LCP was 2.357/2.062/1.992s. Small increases are recorded; no statistical or field-performance inference follows a single run. LCP is a paint metric, not total page load time.
- Scoped browser error/warning log checks are clear. Deployed render, served-byte/custom-404 and preservation results are recorded in the delivery evidence after publication.
Limits and content boundaries
Automated accessibility and computed contrast checks are not WCAG certification or comprehensive screen-reader testing. Separate Firefox/Safari execution, physical touch devices, field performance and actual booking/CRM integration remain unverified. User-supplied starting prices remain review figures: A$197/A$297/A$497 monthly for CRM & automation, websites from A$699 and bespoke solutions quoted to scope. No package inclusions, GST/tax treatment or final commercial approval are inferred.
Every page serves suitable Australian SMEs and growing businesses. Its purpose is to explain the connected website/CRM/bespoke offer, show approved work and support a qualified discovery conversation. The primary action is Book a discovery call. The gallery is the comparison stage; the Project Room adds optional preparation. The approved Calendly link is retained. No testimonials, clients, quantified outcomes, authorship or certifications were added.
21st public references informed clipping, disclosures and input grouping. Hosted AI is disabled for the account. The earlier automatic approval review rejected hosted source transmission; this pass uses local/browser audits. No hosted source review was retried. Reference imagery and private vault-note patches are excluded from deployment and source archives.
Evidence
IMPLEMENTATION.md, ASSETS.md, src/motion.tsx, src/ServiceJourney.tsx, src/choreography.css and src/App.tsx describe the implementation. verification/responsive-local.json, interactions-local.json, reduced-local.json, final-motion-frames.json, frames/, final/ and lighthouse-*-final.json hold local evidence. HOSTING.json, verification/public-render-checks.json, delivery.json and preservation-final.json hold publication and preservation evidence. Private source material is not part of the public audit.
